Exclusions

SPECIAL ORDER, Bulk Products, Fluids, and Items With Adhesive Backing can not be returned and are non-refundable.

 

Shipment Damage

If the product has been damaged in shipment, you must report the damage to the shipper and file a claim with the shipper. The Satisfaction Guarantee and this Return Policy do not cover damages due to shipping.

 

Defective Products

If you believe that you have received a defective product please email customer service within 24-48 hours at orders@kosmic.us . If a product arrives defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, KOSMIC will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the defective item. Please have the product repackaged with all accessories, and ready for pickup. KOSMIC will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt at KOSMICís warehouse for processing.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form

All returns must have a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before our receiving department can accept them. Please email customer service at orders@kosmic.us .

 

Process to return a product(s)

  1. The product MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  2. The product must be in like new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories, and manuals. Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Incomplete or improperly packaged products will be subject to additional restocking fee.

  3. Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.

  4. Email orders@kosmic.us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number . No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.

  5. Clearly print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). Please do not deface the factory boxes by writing or marking on them. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. The best place for the RMA Number is to be clearly printed on the return address label.

  6. Include a brief description detailing why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.

  7. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as KOSMIC will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

  8. Ship the package(s) to the address shown on the RMA form provided.

  9. KOSMIC will process the return within 10 business days of receipt.

  10. Depending on the payment method, KOSMIC will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.
