The Most Technologically Advanced
Resonance Damping System!
Stillpoints
Cones are one of the most sophisticated vibration
control devices ever designed. There are several important
technological innovations hiding beneath the simple looking
white tipped, Delrin® cones.
-
The Ceramic ball-bearing on top is supported
by a second layer of bearings.
-
As the top ball pushes down onto the second
tier of balls, it pushes them outward into the petals (see
cut-out image), forcing the petals to flex.
-
Vertical vibration is transferred to
horizontal motion and the vibrational energy is converted to
heat.
Stillpoints
Cones will support the weight of virtually any
component or speaker you own. While they might seem expensive,
once you hear what they do for the sound of your system we know
you will be impressed! Stillpoints produce consistent
improvements in clarity, articulation, natural image size, and
tonal color, all without tipping the frequency balance of your
system.
You’ll hear your music more and
your system less, regardless of the performance level of your
components and rack. This is only the beginning of the
Stillpoints system!
For best
performance from the Stillpoints, use them with the Stillpoints
Risers!

“…we used the Stillpoints
isolation devices under the [$39,000]
Burmester 911 Mk III amplifiers (and to wonderful effect). The
Stillpoints opened up the sound of the amps to a remarkable
degree!”
Harry Pearson,
Founder and Chairman,
The
Absolute Sound

"Underestimate them at
your peril-or alternatively, invest in some serious support
technology and finally realize the potential in the equipment
you already own."
Roy Gregory
